"This was an excellent week. There had been no snow for a week and the avalanche risk had dropped from 5 to 2. Although there was much skied out snow Graham took us to different places every day and on each occasion found areas that had not been skied and were a mixture of soft and spring snow. I had every confidence in his risk management and he was a mixture of patience and good humour! We had very pleasant evenings in a very comfortable hotel which was run by a friendly family.
