Frost Guiding stores and uses it's clients personal data to enable us to run our mountaineering trips in a safe and efficient way. We hold client's data to be used to manage future trips that are booked with us aswell. If a client would like us to delete this data after a trip has ended, or would like a copy of this data, they may write to our Information Officer, Janine Frost at: Janine@frostguiding.co.uk and we will provide a copy/erase the data to the extent permitted by law within 7 days. Client's data will be deleted after 10 years and will not be shared with other organisations. If a client is aged 16 or under, they should obtain their parent/guardian’s permission before providing any personal information to us.
