When you say Swiss Alps most people think of the famous 4000m peaks, but there is a huge amount of rock climbing at lower altitudes, most of it nicely bolted and accessible without even going on a glacier.
Here are a few pictures from the last 2 weeks - 12 days of rock climbing, up to 6c, 80 pitches (roughly!)
Bramois is a good option when the weather is bad high up.

World-class limestone at Sanetsch. It's a long drive up there but the climbing is worth it.

East face of the Petit Clocher di Portalet. Maybe some of the best granite in Switzerland.
