Our Mountain Guides will work with you to set an itinerary for the week and guide you safely on your chosen climbs while you enjoy the friendly atmosphere of our alpine chalet, warm hospitality and home cooking on your nights in the valley.
Climb in the Val d'Herens, Saas Tal, Zermatt, Oberland, Chamonix or Aosta areas on routes of your choice. Please give us an idea of what you'd like to do on your booking form (using the "Previous experience and requirements" box).
Potential objectives are endless but could include the Obergabelhorn, Weisshorn, Matterhorn*, Eiger, Dent Blanche, harder lines in the Mont Blanc massif, Grand Combin, Gran Paradiso North Face, Lenspitz, Liskamm traverse, Dufourspitze traverse.
The price includes:
- 6 days guiding with your own dedicated guide
- fully catered valley accommodation in Evolene for up to 7 nights as per our other Alpine Courses (see general info page for details)
- guides hut and travel expenses for up to 3 nights in huts (excluding cable cars, trains and tunnels)*
*There is a chf100 supplement for the Matterhorn to cover guides Hornli hut costs (payable at the hut). Huts aren't booked in advance for private guiding weeks.
Guides/group cable car, tunnel, and train expenses are not included in the price or estimated costs as these will vary depending upon what you choose to do. You can pay these expenses in cash if/as they arise, together with the guides cost of a 4th or 5th hut night should that be required.
Single supplements for valley accommodation can be reserved (subject to availability).
Private guiding is also available on a "guiding only" basis (without valley accommodation). Please contact us for a quote (info@frostguiding.co.uk).
