Welcome to Frost Guiding

Frostguiding is run by Graham Frost, who is a British Mountain Guide and holds the international IFMGA qualification. He offers year round guiding and courses in alpine mountaineering, rock climbing, ice climbing, off-piste skiing and ski touring.

Frostguiding is based in Evolene, Arolla, Switzerland, and Graham is the only British Mountain Guide resident in the Valais Canton. The valley is a great base for all mountain activities, both summer and winter, and is within easy reach of the other Alpine centres such as Chamonix, Verbier, Zermatt, Saas Fee, Zinal and the Bernese Oberland.
